Mission Statement

Pride has its place. It’s the internal fire that distinguishes the individual from the noise of the crowd. But in the marathon of life, Pride is a poor lead runner.

When Pride takes first place, progress stalls. It breeds a false sense of arrival, causing us to over-evaluate our status while underappreciating the wisdom of those around us. It keeps you stagnant. It keeps you from the work.

Purpose is the only constant. It remains unmoved by time, environment, or the scenario you find yourself in. We don't build for the applause; we build for the lineage.
