Purpose Before Pride: Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

We strive to get your artifacts to you with precision and speed. Every order is fulfilled from Chicagoland and handled as a unique entry in our brand’s lineage. Please review our updated timelines below:

1. Fulfillment & Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.

  • Daily Cutoff Time: * Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST will begin processing the same day.

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST will enter our processing queue the same day.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Carrier: All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.

  • Delivery Estimate: Typically 2–5 business days once dispatched.

  • Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number the moment your order is scanned into the system.

3. International Shipping (Global Entry)

We are proud to offer global shipping to ensure the PBP mission reaches every coordinate.

  • Carrier: International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Package International or Priority Mail International.

  • Delivery Estimate: Typically 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.

  • Tracking: Tracking is provided for all international shipments; however, please note that tracking updates may vary once the package leaves the U.S. and enters your local postal network.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

To ensure the smoothest delivery for our international community, we include a detailed manifest and HS Code (6109.10) with every garment.

  • Responsibility: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

  • Clearance: Purpose Before Pride is not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country.
